What should I bring when I drop off my computer?
  • Unless we tell you otherwise, you should only bring the computer (the box, or case)and any CDs or disks that came with your computer when you purchased it. Do not bring the power cord, monitor, or any other cables. We just need the computer box. The operating system and any drivers are on the disks that came with your computer when you bought it. Sometimes we might find it necessary to install part or all of this software, so bringing the discs with you the first time could save a return trip and prevent any delays in getting your computer repaired.
