Businesses are unique and their problems are usually just as unique. We have
business customers that use us as their 'contract IT Department', and their requirements
are very basic. Because they are regular clients and the services they require
are not very demanding, they receive a prefered rate comparable to our home user's rate.
Other businesses have more complex requirements that require specialized skills,
such as SQL Server maintenance and programming code. These tasks required specialized
skills that command a higher fee.
Then there are companies that fall in between. Rates for businesses are charged according
to the amount of knowledge, expertise and skill required to complete the job. Obviously,
contractually committed businesses receive prefered rates.
